Membership Site Troubleshooting
If you are having problems accessing the membership site, check the following items before contacting the office.
Is your email address correct with the office?
Have you received email from the church recently? Receiving email from the church means we have your current email address. Please let us know that your membership access isn't working. If you are not receiving email from the church, please update your information [HERE].
Are you trying to log in to the membership site using the correct email address?
You must use the email address where the church sends you emails. This is the only email address we have on file and will use to grant you access to the membership site.
Do you have a Non Gmail Account?
If you have an email address that does not end with @gmail.com, you must follow the steps below to ensure you have access to the church website. Once you successfully complete the steps below, you will have connected your non Gmail account to the Google system and will be able to access all Google services. (This will NOT create a new email account, it is only connecting your current email address to the system to verify you are an authorized user.)
